For example, a recent report pointed out that Samsung and Huawei are the brands that sell the most mobiles, companies that are part of the five firms that, right now, dominate the global mobile market.
A recent study by the International Data Corporation (IDC) has unveiled the top 5 brands that sold the most smartphones and that, right now, dominate the global mobile market.
During the third quarter of 2019, 358.3 million smartphones were sold, and these companies accounted for more than 70% of these sales. Also, the report reflects that India has the largest market when low-budget Chinese devices.
Samsung continues to lead the ranking in the global market by selling more than 78.2 million smartphones worldwide, proving that its Galaxy A series is quite popular.
Huawei ranked second with sales of 66.6 million smartphones and achieved a 28.2% growth compared to the same period last year.
For its part, Apple ranks third in the ranking by selling more than 46.6 million iPhones in the third quarter of 2019, exceeding the company’s expectations.
The positive reviews of the iPhone 11 and the price cut in some of its old terminals have made. Its sales exceed the expectations of the company of the bitten apple.
Xiaomi is in the fourth position, although its sales have decreased by 3.3% compared to the same quarter of 2018. However, the Chinese firm continues to show its substantial presence in India thanks to its Mi Store stores.
Finally, OPPO is in the fifth position showing a growth of 4.1% thanks to its Reno series and the A9 in global markets.
