How to fix Adobe Installer startup error?
I know; This problem occurs for both Windows and Mac users. In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to fix a failed startup installer on Mac and Windows systems.
Note: I don’t have a Mac. The only tutorial on Mac is my research on how to solve your problem. I hope it helps you.
1. Use the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool
Creative Cloud Cleaner can help you remove or remove Adobe CC and CS products that might be damaged or cause problems if reinstalled. This tool is very useful for both Windows and Mac programs.

2. Rename OBBE folder (100% active)
This is an easy way to fix the installation error when the problem started. After downloading it, you left some files on your computer. Once these files are deleted, you can solve the problem.

Go to the path on your computer and find the OOBE folder. When you’re done, just rename the OOBE folder to OOBE.old. You can do the same with your Mac computer.

- Windows 32-bit: Program files → General files → Adobe → OOBE

After renaming the folder, you can start the installation file. On Mac OS, all you have to do is rename the OOB folder to OOB.old and you’re done.
